Day 1 has arrived!

Woke up at 7am, a little earlier than I had planned. Took my colon cleanse regiment. Juiced at 8:30pm

My weight is at 205, have been losing 1lb every few days for the past week. I also had some detox/laxative teas this morning. My next Juice will be around 11am.

My morning juice:

Apple
Grapefruit
Pineapple
Lemon
Ginger
Carrot

Somehow this combo tastes like Orange juice, its awesome!


Started to look over the Healthy Juicer's Bible for some juice idea's.

Lunch Juice:

Spinach
Celery
Cucumbers
Apple
Ginger

Afternoon Juice:

Carrot
Beet
Celery
Apple
Parsley
Lemon

Dinner Juice

Sweet Potato
Apple
Carrot
