Day 4

Wow, so Day 3(Day 7 of no solid food) is when I started deeply missing solid food and looking forward to the fast being over. I want solid bad ..... well wanted ..., woke up this morning feeling refreshed and awesome.


Like my body reset. Now of course I still want solid food and am looking forward to it being over, but feeling this good will help me get through the next few days. Same morning routine as always but this morning I decided to weigh myself and wow, 199 lbs!

Now I know its mostly water weight but still. On to my morning juice:

The Usual Vitamin C power house with Pineapple, Oranges, Lemon, Mango, Apple, Spinach


Mid day juices included Fennel, Berries, Ginger, Spinach Apples Oranges and more.

Dinner will be advanced and filling.

Tomato
Sweet Potato
Garlic
Spinach
Celery
Carrot
Ginger
Parsley
Fennel

WOW just WOW

I am really feeling the heightened senses now, its pretty cool.
