Day 5!

Woke up very early this morning (5am) which gave me about 6 hours of sleep.

I feel amazing, energetic and ready to start the last day of my Fast/Cleanse. It's easy to figure out what juice I will be having because I just use whatever is left.

Mostly Fruit juices for Bfast, Veggie/Fruit for Lunch and Afternoon and Mostly Veggie for dinner as usual.

Did a 16min session of Yoga afterwards along with some Wii Tennis/Bowling.

Also I watched Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead which is an amazing story of someone who juiced for 60 days!

I really enjoyed my experience and everything I heard from others for the most part came true.

Also research helped a ton along with the Juicer's Bible. On the colon cleanse side every seems cleaned out. It's strange having a mostly empty colon, I am on the toilet probably within 30mins after a meal(juice). My digestive system is pretty much as healthy as it can be(yay probiotics!).


In fact this fast went so well I would consider doing it again, and for longer, minus the colon cleanse. So next Spring I may try a 10 day juice fast!

So now that the fast is over, what now? Well just like I transitioned into the Fast, I need to transition out of it. I can't just start eating a steak the day after or I will be in serious pain.

So my plan is to do smoothies with limited ingredients for 3days.

No lactose
No eggs

So Kefir, Fruit, Hemp, Nut Milks mostly. Just that makes amazing smoothies trust me.

So thats Wednesday - Friday, on Saturday Night( so I can sleep on the first solid food ) I will consume slowly 1 avacado and 1 Bannana ( probably a puree with Hemp Seed ). Sunday Morning ( Noatmeal - fake oatmeal made of mostly nuts ) for dinner Sweet Potato and Sausage Soup.

And then back to my diet consisting of:

Meat
Fruits
Veggies
Nuts
Seeds

Limited:
Dairy
Rice
Legumes(Beans)
Glutten Free Grains
Corn
